Shipping policy

Pip & Pawston ships exclusively within the United States at this time.

Order processing

Most products are made-to-order or shipped from our partner warehouses. Typical processing time is 2-5 business days before your order ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Total delivery time = processing time + transit time. Most orders arrive within 7-12 business days of being placed.

Free shipping

Orders over $50 ship free via Standard.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email hello@pipandpawston.com.

Multiple shipments

Because we work with multiple print-on-demand and dropship partners, items in the same order may ship separately. You'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find the package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email hello@pipandpawston.com and we'll help file a carrier claim.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you spot a typo, email us within 2 hours of placing the order.

International orders

We do not currently ship outside the United States. We're working on it.
